Fact checking by whom? Its a one on one debate, the moderators ask the questions, control the clock, and disable the mic of the person not designated to speak. They aren't there to "rule" on the accuracy of any response or tip the scale one way or the other.

Since Biden has established his demands for the debates then Trump should get at least two. Like maybe 1) "No fact checking by moderators during the debate" save that for after the debate is over; 2) Participants to be searched/scanned prior to the debate for earwigs or other receiving devices...
