Of course they can. But they can't declassify things without going through the proper process. They also cant refuse FBI requests for nearly a year to return the documents and store them ina public bathroom at their crumbling club house.

All you have to ask is who the FBI had to beg for over a year to return the documents and who had their offices searched by lawyers and returned the documents voluntarily the FBI didn't even know were missing.

What exactly do you think this proves?
"As you can see, the image showed some colored sheets (reportedly representing different levels of classification) on top of some of the files allegedly found in Trump’s private residence.
But, as it turns out, these colored sheets were not originally attached to the alleged classified documents. They are actually PROPS that the FBI put there!
The level of stupidity needed to think this is somehow out of the ordinary when collecting evidence is truly staggering.
